Step To Your Health
Get fit whilst working!
Over 50% of Australians do not do sufficient exercise to stay healthy, and of those, 15% do no exercise at all! As a result, Australia has one of the highest rates of obesity.
Regular exercise, plus an increase in “incidental” activity can greatly improve employees’ health. WFR’s Step To Your Health challenge encourages participants to get 10,000 steps per day; all that is needed to maintain a healthy status.
Each participant wears an activity tracker, and in a team of four, competes against other teams to get the most steps over this six week challenge.
Onsite visits are not required, making the challenge an ideal campaign for businesses with employees situated at multiple locations.
