The MusculoFit program involves education, screening, consultation and ongoing support to the employee group. It is the combination of
these four aspects that provides the best opportunity for longer-term benefits.

The program has four key objectives:

• Educate employees on the impact and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries, 
• Increase employee’s awareness of their musculoskeletal health status, 
• Provide employees the tools to improve their health status,
• and Provide the employer with health data and plan an injury prevention strategy
  
  
  The outcome of the MusculoFit program is the reduction of musculoskeletal injuries.
