In fact, the Australian Government’s Comcare report - ‘The Evidence for Investing in Worker Health and Wellbeing’ in 2011 concluded that “Improving the health and wellbeing of your employees has a highly positive impact on the bottom line of organisations”.

Well, our fictitious case study saw a benefit of $3.58M by the Action Company, over the Reactive Company. And we think we’re being conservative.
